Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility and lawful use

You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to participate where you live, and responsible for complying with your local laws. We may restrict, suspend, verify or refuse access where required for legal, fraud-prevention, platform-integrity, payment-provider or operational reasons.

2. Account rules

Each person may operate only one account. Duplicate accounts, borrowed accounts, purchased accounts, fake identities, automated signups, referral abuse, account sharing, impersonation and misleading profile information are prohibited. You are responsible for your login details and all activity under your account.

3. Quiz integrity recording and video licence

WeGoWin uses camera, microphone, screen-composed quiz evidence, timer records, answer logs, device signals and server records to protect fair play. Serious quiz attempts may be stored by WeGoWin and uploaded to YouTube, a player-specific board on the official WeGoWin Pinterest account, advertising platforms or another video host for verification, Social Market review, certificates, ranking, anti-cheat analysis and platform promotion. If evidence recording, upload or integrity verification fails, the attempt may fail integrity review and rewards may be withheld.

You retain any rights that applicable law gives you in your original performance, while granting WeGoWin and its operators a worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable licence to host, reproduce, edit, crop, caption, brand, publish, distribute, advertise, display and otherwise use integrity videos and related gameplay materials for operating, protecting, verifying, explaining and promoting WeGoWin. This licence permits delivery through WeGoWin channels and third-party advertising, social-media, video-hosting and distribution services. Unless WeGoWin expressly offers a separate reward or agreement, no royalty, appearance fee or additional compensation is owed for these permitted uses.

You confirm that your recording is your own participation and does not contain music, images, performances, confidential information or other material that you are not authorised to provide. WeGoWin may remove, restrict, retain or stop using a video where required by law, safety, platform policy or operational need.

4. Anti-cheat policy

Players must answer personally without bots, automation, answer farms, AI assistance, external helpers, screen sharing to solvers, timer manipulation, device tampering, network manipulation or any method that gives unfair advantage. Admin may review videos and logs, apply strikes, deduct rewards, reverse balances, suspend accounts, ban accounts or require re-verification.

5. Rewards, levels, wallets and withdrawals

Displayed rewards are conditional until server records, anti-cheat checks, KYC, referral rules, wallet rules, provider availability and admin review are satisfied. Main winnings wallet balances may be used for withdrawals or approved platform services such as advertising. Mined quiz coins are spendable inside the platform and are not directly withdrawable. Redeemable coins may be converted or redeemed only under the current admin-defined rules, rates, limits and available redemption options.

6. KYC, OTP and security checks

We may require email OTP, SMS OTP for KYC phone verification or cash-wallet withdrawals, identity documents, selfie checks, address information or other security checks. SMS is not used for registration, login, marketing or routine notifications. False or unverifiable information may lead to rejection, suspension or forfeiture of rewards.

7. Social Market, Community Market, Business Integrity Chat, challenges and escrow

Social Market activity is based on verified game activity. Players may be required to watch quiz evidence videos and submit integrity scores before continuing gameplay when the market rules require it. Integrity scores can add or deduct redeemable coin value according to admin settings. Players cannot earn from manipulating their own posts. Only non-perfect normal quiz attempts enter player-based Social Market integrity review; 100% attempts are reserved for WeGoWin admin review. Each normal quiz run ends after one level and proceeds to its certificate and integrity submission before another level can begin.

The Community Market presents eligible members, normally prioritising recently online players, to support business and intellectual relationships. Members may add up to ten lawful profile-gallery photos. Public gallery content must not be deceptive, abusive, explicit, unlawful or infringe another person's rights, and WeGoWin may restrict or remove it.

Cash challenges are separate from normal quiz ladder progression. A player enters only the pool for the player's current level, pays the displayed entry through Paystack and receives a unique ticket after payment verification. Each pool has a join window and a play deadline. Paid entrants receive the same fixed set of ten questions. The highest correct-answer score wins the displayed winner prize; tied highest correct-answer scores share that prize equally. Late, unpaid, incomplete, duplicate or otherwise ineligible entries do not receive a prize. WeGoWin retains the platform portion of the pool shown in admin accounting and may hold, cancel, adjust or investigate settlement where payment, integrity or technical records are disputed.

Any player level may contact any other active player. Paid chat access and integrity-video download prices use the receiving player's current pricing level, from Level 1 through Level 10, multiplied by the current admin-configured base price. Social Booster adverts contain a title, an asking price and one product or service photo; enquiries open Business Integrity Chat with the advert quoted in the conversation instead of directing members to an external website. Paying to unlock chat is a seriousness and anti-spam control; it does not pay for the advertised product, certify the advertiser or guarantee a transaction.

Chat unlocks and user-created chat payment requests are funded through the supported Paystack checkout. A funded chat payment request is held under WeGoWin Escrow until both payer and recipient confirm that the deal has been completed, unless a dispute or refund review is active. WeGoWin deducts the admin-configured escrow and marketplace charge before crediting the recipient's cash-winnings wallet. The payer or recipient may submit relevant evidence, and WeGoWin may review messages, quoted adverts, attachments, transaction records and submitted evidence before releasing or refunding funds. Administrative resolution is final within the platform, subject to applicable law and payment-provider rules.

Players are responsible for the lawfulness, accuracy and delivery of any private arrangement made through chat. Escrow reduces settlement risk but does not certify a player, guarantee the quality or legality of goods or services, or replace appropriate independent checks. False confirmations, fraudulent disputes, unlawful transactions or misleading evidence may result in payment holds, account restrictions, KYC review, reporting or other enforcement.

8. Certificates, sharing, downloads and public content

Certificates, winner images, quiz summaries, profile feeds and integrity videos may show your name, profile photo, level, score, right/wrong answers, country, winnings, referral link and related gameplay data. By participating and accepting the video licence, you permit WeGoWin to generate, host, edit, embed, share, advertise and display these materials for integrity, marketing, social proof, ranking and platform growth.

Where enabled, authenticated users may pay the displayed cash amount from cash winnings or through an approved payment provider to unlock a personal download of another player's archived integrity video. WeGoWin deducts the platform fee shown or configured at the time of payment and credits the remaining player share to the video owner's cash-winnings wallet. The owner and authorised administrators may download without charge. A completed purchase normally remains available without a second charge, but availability can end if the video must be removed for legal, safety, provider or technical reasons. Purchasing a download does not transfer copyright, permit resale, impersonation, harassment or unlawful reuse, or grant rights beyond personal use unless WeGoWin provides written permission.

9. Advertising terms

Advertisers must submit lawful, accurate and non-misleading creatives. Campaigns are reviewed before delivery and may be approved, paused, rejected, deleted, completed or banned. Campaign budgets are spent according to active CPM/CPC floor rates, targeting, ad-zone availability, user traffic and delivery logic. We do not guarantee clicks, conversions, sales or a fixed delivery speed. Ad receipts and analytics are provided for audit, but final billing records are based on platform logs.

10. Payments, receipts and reversals

Payments may be processed by wallet debit, Paystack or other supported providers. Receipts may be generated for deposits, ad spend, withdrawals, wallet conversions and other transactions. We may reverse, hold, adjust or investigate transactions connected to fraud, chargebacks, provider errors, policy violations, duplicate credits, technical faults or suspicious activity.

11. Investor programme

The investor programme, where available, is separate from player accounts. Investor contributions may participate in a capped revenue-share model based on eligible platform revenue such as advertiser-paid campaigns and declared AdSense or YouTube revenue entries. Return caps, revenue-share percentages, minimum contribution, campaign target, reporting rules and payout rules are controlled by the current investor programme settings. Returns are performance-based, not guaranteed, and may be delayed, reduced or unavailable if revenue is insufficient, payment providers fail, chargebacks occur, legal requirements apply, or platform operations change. Prospective investors should obtain independent legal and financial advice before participating.

12. Communications and notifications

We may send transactional messages, OTPs, game alerts, challenge alerts, wallet notices, withdrawal notices, KYC notices, advertising notices, investor notices, newsletters and browser push notifications where enabled. You can manage some notification choices in your device, browser or account settings.

13. Platform availability and changes

We may change game levels, rewards, coin rates, ad rates, Social Market rules, referral rules, withdrawal thresholds, KYC requirements, supported countries, content, features or policies at any time. The service may be unavailable during maintenance, provider outages, attacks, upgrades or technical issues.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, WeGoWin is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, failed conversions, device issues, network errors, provider outages, user mistakes, blocked permissions, late messages, failed uploads, third-party platform decisions, or losses caused by violation of these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes a responsibility that applicable law does not permit us to exclude. Your use of the platform is at your own risk.

15. Enforcement

We may warn, restrict, suspend, ban, reverse balances, cancel rewards, reject withdrawals, reject ads, remove content, require verification or cooperate with lawful requests where we believe rules were violated or risks exist. Server logs, review decisions and admin audit records are the official operational records.

16. Intellectual property

WeGoWin branding, software, interfaces, question presentation, ranking systems, certificates and original platform content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, resell or create a confusingly similar service from protected platform materials except where applicable law expressly permits it.

17. Governing rules and disputes

These terms are governed by applicable Nigerian law, without removing any mandatory consumer protection available in your country. Contact support first so we can investigate account, payment or platform disputes using the official records. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties may use the courts or another lawful dispute-resolution process with jurisdiction.

We may update these terms as the platform, providers or legal requirements change. Material updates will be dated and may also be announced in the platform. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
