Investors participate in a capped revenue-share pool from advertiser-paid campaigns, declared AdSense content revenue and declared YouTube revenue. The default pool is 15% of eligible net revenue until the return cap is reached.
Use of funds
Seed capital is intended for paid advertising, creator promotion, traditional banners/posters, server upgrades, office support, operational staffing, moderation and platform running costs.
Transparency
Investor dashboards show contribution, pool share, eligible revenue, accrued payout, paid payout, pending payout, remaining cap, revenue reports and investor communications.
Eligible revenue scope
Investor reports include advertiser-created paid campaigns and admin-declared AdSense/YouTube revenue. Manual admin house ads, unpaid campaigns, refunds, chargebacks and player wallet balances are excluded from investor revenue calculations.
Risk and return scope
Returns are performance-based, not guaranteed, and capped by the configured multiplier. Default settings are configurable by admin: target raise, minimum investment, revenue-share percent, net revenue percent, return cap and offer deadline.
Full investor scope is shown before signup so prospective investors can understand the raise, eligible revenue categories, reporting model, payout cap, risk basis and verification requirements before creating an account.
